The Only Phone Network is the parent company to an extensive and diverse web of e-commerce stores specializing in the enhancing of today’s cutting edge mobile phone technology.  With our professionally staffed multi-warehouse facility, elite customer service and friendly office staff our network ensures that every customer has an idyllic shopping experience.  Our upper management has experience in the technology field dating back the mid 80’s providing the knowledge foundation of the network.  Several members of the network contribute their expert knowledge to several blogs, and magazines in the industry in an effort to educate the public. 

The Only Phone Network has roots in the e-commerce niche dating back to 2000 and has, over the past 8 years served and provided consumers with electronics and accessories.  Based out of Orlando Florida the network is a not only a web of commerce but a web of people dedicated to providing you with a pleasurable shopping experience as well as sharing expert knowledge of mobile and smart phones in an effort to guide the industry forward.

Terms and Conditions

Orders– Information gather on or by this we site is used for billing and shipping purposes only.  (Please see our privacy policy).  In the event your credit card is declined, your order will be put on hold, until such a time it can be validated.  If by chance, the item ordered is not in stock that order will be shipped immediately, the moment that item is received into our inventory.  Due to our inexpensive prices for our products, Demand for our accessories are extremely high.  Items listed on this web site do not constitute a guarantee that the item is currently available.  If by chance an item you have ordered is not available, we attempt to contact you to provide status on your order. We strongly Suggest our customers to include a current daytime phone number as well as an email so we may contact them if any delays occur.  It should also be noted that there is a possibility of slight design variations due to factory assembly.

Shipping - Orders usually take one day to process but can take as long as 3 days before the shipping process is started.  (Please See the Shipping Page).  Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm EST to assist you in any questions you may have concerning an order.  Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.  No orders are processed on weekends and holidays.  Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason. 

Exchanges - Accessories may be returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery.  (Please See Returns Page).  A credit or a charge may be applied to the original credit card contingent upon the nature of the exchange.  Merchandise will not be exchanged after 30 days.  Please Note: Customers attempting to exchange products outside of the 30 day policy will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping fee.

Refunds -Take heart in knowing that if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your product for any reason within 30 days, you have the right to return it to TheOnlyPhoneNetwork for a full refund for any reason.  *A return fee may apply.  (Please See Returns Page).  Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Original shipping costs are non refundable.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
